How the House Works
The Keuka Cove House is designed for groups who want both connection and privacy. The property includes four distinct units, each with its own private entrance and the ability to be closed off when guests want separation.
At the same time, the home is designed to support open flow and togetherness. Guests can move between shared gathering areas, kitchens, porches, outdoor spaces, and lakefront amenities while still having private spaces to retreat to throughout the stay.
The full property is rented to one group at a time, so your group enjoys the privacy of the entire retreat without sharing it with unrelated guests.

Unit 1
Main House
Unit 1 is the heart of the Keuka Cove House. This main house space includes the chef’s-style kitchen, two dining areas, a large living room with a flat-screen TV, four bedrooms, and 1.5 baths, making it the primary gathering area for larger families and groups.
The chef’s-style kitchen and dining spaces are ideal for preparing larger meals, gathering around the table, and spending meaningful time together, while the additional private units give guests room to spread out when they want quieter space.

Unit 4 is the most newly renovated space at the Keuka Cove House. It was originally part of Unit 1 and remains connected to the main house, but a hallway door can separate the spaces, allowing Unit 4 to function as its own private unit.
This two-bedroom apartment style space includes a private entry, full bathroom, kitchenette, back deck access, and washer and dryer access, giving guests added privacy while still staying connected to the larger group.
