Visited the finger lakes for some fall foliage and had the best time at the Keuka House! The home is huge and comfortably fit our group of 16 without it ever feeling crowded. It's PERFECT for big family gatherings. One thing we especially appreciated was the local recommendation guide. With not being from the area, it was so nice to have a list of nearby restaurants and wineries, and ever place we tried was FANTASTIC!

My friends and family meet every year for an annual vacation weekend. Josh went above and beyond to accommodate us just after purchasing the home. He even went as far as to installing his own TV so that we could watch the Bills game! The home is a beautiful historic home with an amazing view of Keuka Lake! There was plenty of space with bedrooms to spare for a group of 10 plus 2 kids. Can’t wait to come back next year and see the renovations!

My friends and I stayed at Josh’s place for a long weekend and I can not recommend it enough. The house is gorgeous and interesting with more than enough room for our large group. The location is great - right across the street from the lake, with access to the lake, but still on a private lot with a private backyard and views of the lake. We stayed there in late October so we didn’t spend too much time by the water, but I would definitely come back in the summer to experience the convenient summer amenities. It’s also close to “downtown” Penn Yan, which has a lot of cute restaurants, bars and shops, as well as other local breweries, shops, hikes, and other places to visit. Overall the house was clean, well stocked to show up and settle in to the house all week, and comfortable. The host was very communicative and accommodating, going above and beyond to try to accommodate some of our questions. Would 100% recommend without hesitation.

Whenever you rent a place for the first time you are not sure what to expect. Keuka Cove was every thing we needed and more. We stayed in late fall and the weather was gorgeous and the house was great. A beautiful house on a beautiful piece of land. The house has a great porch where we sat for many hours, and this was late fall. The beds are numerous and comfortable. We are 10 old friends, who get away once per year, and we all agreed that it was the best place we've stayed. Good biking routes, close to golf, and peaceful for reading. If opportunity presents itself, we would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights with a large group of 16, including kids, and it was a wonderful experience. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the separate units were perfect for those who wanted a bit more privacy. The property has so much character — yes, it’s an older home and could use a few updates, especially considering the number of bedrooms versus bathrooms, but that charm made it feel like we were transported to another era, without sacrificing modern amenities. The kids had an absolute blast running around outside, and we loved how secluded and peaceful it felt, despite being so close to restaurants and grocery stores. We didn’t get to enjoy the lake because it was too cold this time of year, but we’re already hoping to come back in warmer weather to experience it fully. A special shoutout to Josh, who was the most responsive and helpful Airbnb host we’ve ever worked with. He provided great recommendations, helped with every detail, and was always available when we needed anything. Overall, a memorable stay for a big group—full of space, character, and hospitality.

We spent a long weekend at the Keuka Cove House and absolutely loved it. The fireplaces, both down by the water and up behind the house, made the evenings so peaceful. You can tell how much care went into restoring and maintaining this property. For being such an old home, everything is beautifully done and spotless. We made a trip up to the Finger Lakes for some wine tasting and had an incredible stay at the Keuka Cove House. The location is ideal, it feels quiet and tucked away for a peaceful getaway, yet you’re just seconds from Route 54, making it so easy to explore the nearby wineries and restaurants. It’s the perfect home base for anyone visiting the area!

I’m a Keuka College alum and came back to visit with a few classmates for the weekend. We stayed at the Keuka Cove House and couldn’t have picked a better spot. It’s just a few minutes from campus, super clean, and had everything we needed to hang out, catch up, and relive some of the old days. Awesome place and an even better location — already talking about coming back next year.
